How to measure

OPTION 1:

Measure your feet

You need: a sheet of paper, a pencil and a ruler or tape measure.

  1. Place the paper on the ground with its edge against the wall.
  2. Step on the paper and press your heel against the wall.
  3. Mark the line where the longest part of your foot ends = longest toe. Measure the distance from the edge of the paper to the marked location. This will give you the length of your foot. Repeat the procedure with the other leg.
  4. Add 0.5 to 1.2 cm to the total length of the foot, this will give you enough space for toes. Compare these measurements with the length of our insole and choose the perfect size for you. If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one.
