I was able to fit both the 6mm and 4mm insoles in my boots for a total of 10mm. It was easy to replace.

Fits well. Thanks to them, I have better upper support in my shoes.

Love that 4mm comes standard and by adding these 6mm you have the option to double up with both giving 10mm of insole height. Nice way to customize your fit.

the insulating effect is good, the only problem I had was with the length of the insole, which was approx. 3-5 mm larger than the shoe and original insole in her. I had the same problem with spares, but after manual "shortening". insole it serves and perfectly complements the shoes themselves, so except for the initial complications I am extremely satisfied

I won't be able to use these insoles, they are horribly stiff and hard with no softness or cushion. I thought they would be something like the northsole insoles, but not at all. I originally bought them for long days on concrete.

I confirm the insulating effect, I tried the insoles for sneakers during the current snowfall. And during the walk, the feet had a pleasant comfort.
