The Farmer TerrainGrip builds on the proven winter version of the Farmer boots, which have become one of our most popular models. In this version, we focused primarily on better traction on winter terrain and greater protection against snow and dirt. The result is a winter barefoot shoe ready for everyday city walks as well as strolls off paved paths.
- TerrainGrip Outsole – A 9-mm flexible outsole (5 mm midsole + 4 mm outsole tread) with a more pronounced tread pattern provides better traction on snow, wet surfaces, forest trails, and unpaved terrain. It also offers greater cushioning and comfort while walking.
- Gusseted tongue—it is attached to the upper on both sides, which helps it better seal the area around the instep and prevents snow, dirt, and small pebbles from getting inside.
- For winter conditions—the shoe's design is tailored for everyday wear during the colder months, when wet sidewalks, snow, and unpaved paths are common.
- Realfoot's anatomical shape—with its distinctive wide toe box—provides ample space for all five toes, including the little toe. This allows the toes to spread naturally and engage actively while walking.
The Farmer Winter TerrainGrip shoes are designed for winter days when you want to maintain natural foot space but also need greater stability when walking on uneven surfaces.
