We recommend leaving always about 0.5 - 1.2 cm space in front of the toes.

Option 1: Measure your feet
You will need: a piece of paper, a pencil and a ruler.
1. Place the paper on the floor against a wall.
2. Stand on the paper with your heel against the wall.
3. Draw a line where the longest part of your foot ends. Measure the distance from the wall to the tip of your longest toe. Repeat the process with the other foot. You now have the length of your feet.
4. Add an additional 0.5 to 1.2 cm to the total foot length to allow enough space for your toes. Compare these measurements with our insole length to choose the ideal size for you. If you are between two sizes, we recommend the larger size.
